The diaphragm (and the glans) can be sucked-in in several steps without having to remove the pump ball from PeniMaster PRO (for the purposes of better understanding, representation without sluice system mounted).

The manufacturer MSP Concept GmbH & Co. KG grants a warranty of 5 years on the products of the PeniMaster® brand. The period for calculating the guarantee period begins on the invoice date. The geographical scope of guarantee protection is worldwide.
The guarantee relates to the freedom from defects of the advertised product, including functionality, material or production defects.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the manufacturer grants one of the following services under his warranty:
free repair of the goods or
Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent article

A prerequisite for claiming the warranty service is that the guarantor is allowed to check the warranty case (e.g. by sending in the goods). It must be ensured that damage to the goods during transport is avoided by secure packaging. A copy of the invoice of the consignment must be enclosed for the application for warranty service so that the guarantor can check whether the warranty period has been met. The guarantor can refuse the guarantee without a copy of the invoice. If the guarantee is justified, you will not incur any shipping costs, i.e. the guarantor reimburses any shipping costs for the outbound delivery.
This manufacturer's guarantee does not limit your legal rights against us from the purchase contract concluded with us. Any existing statutory warranty rights vis-à-vis us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. The manufacturer's guarantee therefore does not violate your legal rights, but rather extends your legal status.
If the purchased item is defective, you can in any case contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether a warranty case exists or the warranty is claimed.
